Fish Tikki

Fish Tikki or fish cutlets are one of the most favourite snacks of my kids. They are crispy outside, soft, and spicy fishy flavoured inside.

It is usually prepared with previously cooked fish fillets and mixed with boiled potatoes and spices. Then they are shaped into little cylindrical balls, coated with crispy bread crumb and ready for deep frying.

Today I am going to prepare them with canned tuna instead of fish fillets to make it easier and taste so good. Do give a try making these delightful bites.
