Spiced Ginger Tea for Cold

Today I bring you a spiced tea recipe which has healing power. For me, it is almost miraculous. When I notice that my throat is giving me signs that I will catch a cold soon, I start drinking this tea once a day, and it soothes and calm my irritating throat. I even make it for my kids when they usually get a cold at the start of winter. I prepare it with a small amount of tea and add a little more honey to sweeten it.

To prepare this tea, you will need ginger, cloves, and rosemary. If you find fresh rosemary better, if not, dried rosemary from a jar will also work. It comes out a little strong flavour. So, you start with a small amount of ginger and cloves until you get used to this strong flavour. You can also soften the taste by adding a little milk. Add honey to sweeten it.
