Method
- Put a frying pan with oil, over medium-high heat. When it's hot, add the cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add okra and onion. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Add turmeric powder and salt. Continue sautéing for about 2-3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and green chillies. Mix everything well.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for five minutes or until the okra fully cooked.
- Serve with white rice or Roti.
