Mint Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaf
  • 10-12 sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 30g roasted peanuts
  • 2-3 green chilis (approximately)
  • 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. In a frying pan, lightly toast the cumin seeds and set them aside.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy chutney.
  3. Serve this delicious chutney with Paneer Tikka or Paneer Biryani.
