Method
- Cut all the vegetables into thin strips and put them in a large salad bowl.
- Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing and add it to the salad. Mix everything very well and sprinkle with roasted sesame on top.
Notes
Tips and Tricks:
- If you don’t have sesame oil, use any kind of mild flavoured oil instead of olive oil. It is too strong for this delicately flavoured mango salad.
- For this mango salad choose mango with a firm texture, not the ripe one.
