Method
- Peel and cut the mangoes into small cubes. Then blend them in a blender.
- Put them in a strainer and strain to remove the fibres.
- Then put this smooth mango pulp again into the blender with yoghurt, milk and sugar.
- Blend everything well and put it into the fridge to chill before serving.
- Pour them in serving glasses and garnish with some saffron or ground pistachios.
Notes
Tips and tricks:
- You can adjust the quantity of milk in your Lassi depending on how thick or thin you prefer your Lassi.
- The good, ripe mangoes that are usually found in summer season in India they are non-fibrous and pulpy. But the mangoes that we found here in Spain they have quite a lot of fibre. So, I prefer to strain them after blending them.
- You can choose any sweetener of your preference.
