Ingredients
  

  • 250ml water
  • One teaspoon loose black tea or 1 tea bag
  • Half lemon
  • Sugar or honey

Method
 

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Add the loose tea or the teabag.
  3. Turn off the fire and cover the pot.
  4. Leave it covered for one minute and then strain it into a teapot.
  5. Pour the tea in the cups and squeeze half a lemon juice into each cup.
  6. Add sugar or honey and enjoy it.
