Ingredients
  

  • 250g of Paneer
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 3-4 red dry chillies
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Cut the Paneer into small cubes about 3cm x 3cm.
  2. In a blender put garlic cloves, red chillies, sugar, salt, and vinegar. Blend them with a little bit of water.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle add chopped onions.
  4. Fry the onion until transparent and add the chilli-garlic paste. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add paneer and stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds.
  6. Serve it hot with freshly chopped coriander on top.
