Method
- Cut the Paneer into small cubes about 3cm x 3cm.
- In a blender put garlic cloves, red chillies, sugar, salt, and vinegar. Blend them with a little bit of water.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle add chopped onions.
- Fry the onion until transparent and add the chilli-garlic paste. Cook until the oil separates.
- Add paneer and stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds.
- Serve it hot with freshly chopped coriander on top.
